User can perform simple checking as below: a. If you are using HDMI connection, ensure the HDMI cable is connected to the laptop. [Do not connect audio cable] b. If you are using VGA connection, ensure the VGA cable with audio cable are connected.
c. Ensure the audio setting in the laptop are turn on and playback devices are set to speakers/classroom speakers. Contact IT Department if problem persisted
