Kindly try accessing the database again and allow some time for the search results to load. 19. How to reset ASRP system password?

Kindly try to perform below self-service password reset steps in CAS: Click on https://portal.xmu.edu.my/Bpmui/#/page/P_kclwcc_020/view/V_kclwcc_G005 for lecturer ASRP Enter Login Account = “Campus ID”, IC/Passport Number = “Enter your IC number without dash” Answer verification code.
Then, check the authentication code received in your campus email for password reset.
