Dear Mohamed Ahmed Ayman Ahmed Essay, Salam and good day. You mentioned you lost 2 items, 1. XMUM Student ID 2. iKAD It's correct? If yes, my advised as follows: 1. XMUM Student ID. Made a payment (RM30) at Finance Department via online banking, then submit the proof of payment and softcopy of passport photo via email to maizani.bahari@xmu.edu.my (Helpdesk Unit Office 107). Make sure stated your details i.e. Full Name, Student ID, Programme, Contact No. Ms. Maizani will assist you laise with IT Department to issuing the replacement of your Student ID.
2. iKAD Your Visa/Student Pass expiry on 8 October 2022. Means your iKad expiry on 8 October 2020. My advised is you may using your Passport for the time being until we renew your iKad on September/October 2020. During MCO, of course you will remain stayed in campus. Please take care once you bring along your passport anywhere you go/do.
Let say you still would like to apply for the iKad replacement, yes you can. Once MCO is lifted, you may go to nearest police station (i.e. IPD Sepang) lodge the police report. Then go to Office 107 or contact ISAD staff, we will guide you for the next steps (i.e. Payment, Form dll)

Visit Linc website - http://linc.xmu.edu.my/node/391 and check with your friend on how to setup new account in Turnitin. Do remember your username and password once created. As this is a third party software, we will not be able to assist in password reset or retrieve your password, if you have forgotten your password.

Advised lecturer to 1. Exit the MDR tool after you finished with your recording sessions for the day, & 2. Check PC services MDR services is auto started when you going to start your new recording session.
