Users may experienced problem in login to Library Koha System due to the following reason: a. Student may key in the wrong password for Koha system. The initial account and password of the KOHA system are both Campus ID (student number)
b. The KOHA system have not used the Campus unified identity authentication. If you have forgotten your password, please bring your campus card to B1 library service desk for password reset assistance.

Office 365 groups are used for collaboration between users in the University. With each Office 365
group, student members can create a group email and shared workspace for conversations, files, and
calendar events etc.
Refer below simple steps on how to create a group /email for users communication.

Note of below restricted words thats users cant use in the names of groups they create, such as president, ceo, finance, xmu, xmum, payroll, hr etc.
