To reset your Campus ID password, visit https://id.xmu.edu.my.
a) Maintenance request will be attended during office hours (8:30AM - 5:30PM) from Monday to Friday or reasonable period for efficient repair and maintenance.
b) The Management is not liable for any damages of private property and loss of personal belongings, unless proven otherwise by the resident.
c) Cost of damages due to resident negligence or vandalism will be charged accordingly to the respective resident(s).
d) Please notify your roommate about this request, in order to avoid any unwanted misunderstanding while maintenance team entering your room.
e) For any unlock room door left by the resident, maintenance team will leave the door unlock upon completion of repair work.
