Mr. LIM Guan Hock（林源福）, 前新加坡国家档案馆副馆长。生于1946年，1971届南洋大学历史系毕业，获文学士。从1972年开始服务于新加坡国家档案馆，直到2006年从副馆长职位退休为止，一身专心致志于新加坡历史档案的管理，凡35年。他在工作上有优良表现，于1974/75年及1983年先后获颁哥伦坡计划奖学金(Columbo Plan Scholarship)和联合国教科文奖学金(UNESCO Fellowship Award)， 到印度新德里和美国马萨诸塞省接受档案管理专业训练。由于专业关系，源福除了专心与历史档案的鉴定、收集、修复、保存以及检索系统和档案阅览服务，他也从事新加坡历史的研究，涉及新加坡民航史、白礁研究、红山社区发展史、义顺社区发展史、甘密与早期华社发展的研究等领域。2022年底，捐图书22箱给本校，1月13日到馆，其中有少数纸箱列入档案。 Generously donated 1324 books to the library collection of Xiamen University Malaysia in 2022-12. |

Books and Art of All Ages（今古书画店）, 饶力吉（Mr. Yeow Li-chi）先生创办于1975年，历40余年。2018年12月28日，饶士复先生及其南大历史系校友一行四人前来分校考察，2019年1月2日，士复先生即亲力亲为开始装箱打包，至1月19日，完成店里的929箱图书的打包运走，再从家中打包送出169箱，总计1098箱，另加2幅中国地图。1月26日，福昌公司从新加坡仓库起运新山，次日，书箱共装载30个托盘分2个罗里车由新山直运雪兰莪校址，完成此次马校建校以来数量最大的个人图书捐赠（总数约5万册）。 Generously donated 978 books to the library collection of Xiamen University Malaysia in 2022-12. |
