Mr. HO Khai Leong（何启良）, 1954年出生于吉隆坡。马来西亚国民大学毕业，后赴美国西密西根大学、俄亥俄州立大学深造，考获政治学博士学位。曾任职于新加坡国立大学、新加坡东南亚研究所、南洋理工大学。2010年马来西亚拉曼大学中华研究院成立，曾被聘为第一任院长。主要著作有《新加坡政策的政治运作》、《政治动员与政治参与――大马华人政治述论》、《面向权威》、《文化马华》、《京华思绪》、《寸丹宁忘》。主编有《马来西亚华人史新编》、《马来西亚华人历史人物：匡政与流变》。诗集有《刻背》、《渡海以后》。

Mr. TAN Keng Lai（陈庆来）, 陈庆来出生于新加坡，幼年丧父，家境清寒。中学就读中正中学，1965年考入南洋大学历史系。在佛教施诊所奖学金资助下完成学业。在校期间，担任历史学会会长，出版会刊《读史杂记》。1969年底加入《星洲日报》任编辑，1979年成为编辑组主任。星洲南洋两报合并后，1985年起任《联合早报》编辑组主任，直至退休。退休后热心公益，在樟宜监狱做义工15年。
