Dr. SHIH Hui Min（石惠敏）, 曾任新加坡新传媒集团高级副总裁，《印度尼西亚商报》总裁，新加坡国立大学东亚研究所客座研究员（2013-2018），亚洲文化传媒公司董事经理，创立亚洲教育学院（新加坡）。她具有丰富的传媒制作和经营管理经验，1996年担任新传媒三个中文FM958，FM933和FM972主管的十余年间，曾获得亚广联等区域和本地多个广播奖项。继取得新加坡国立大学商业行政硕士学位后，她于2009年获得北京清华大学新闻与传播博士学位，对亚洲媒体与创意产业的知识理论与实际运作有深入的研究。2022年4月，联络王惠琼教授捐赠图书6箱，2023年8月，作为中国大学思源计划的组织者之一，率领清华大学、吉林大学、哈尔滨工业大学、上海交通大学等高校的优秀大学生代表团访问厦门大学马来西亚分校。2023年11月，与曾国平（Chan Kok Peng)先生再合捐图书一批，并赠马来鼓一套。

Mr. LEE Seng Chan（李承璋）, 笔名怀鹰，1950年生于新加坡，祖籍福建南安，另有笔名奔浪、李阵风、严阵、高正、劲翔、曲人、青田、海皇、曲波、高万提、顾言、李长波、徐长天、萧汀、泽激等。曾任职于新传媒达14年，也曾在《联合早报》担任电子版编辑，作品体裁涵盖诗歌、散文、散文诗、小品、小说、电视剧本等，曾获得第1届“城市文学奖”冠军，“宗乡文学奖”小说组及散文组冠军，2019年获第10届“新华文学奖”。曾主编过《新加坡文艺》、《新城小小说》、《新城小作家》等期刊或专栏，2001年主编《创新诗刊》。
