Mr. LOH Chang Woo（罗章武）, who is the president of Malaysia China Legal Cooperation Society currently. He was a graduate of Monash University Australia, with combined degrees in laws and commerce(major in accountancy), then admitted to the Malaysian Bar on 8 January 2008. In his early days of practice, he specialised in debt restructuring in the height of the Asian financial crisis. He is an alumnus of the China-ASEAN Legal Training Base organised by China Law Society, acting for some of the well-known Chinese state-owned enterprises doing business in Malaysia, under the “Going-out" policy and Belt&Road initiative. His main area of practice includes corporate commercial, banking, property and trade mark laws. He now primarily advises Chinese enterprises in Malaysia on legal risks mitigation, investment laws, formulation of litigation strategies and dispute resolution.
