Dr. XU Rongsheng（许榕生）, 福建福州人，1970年毕业于北京大学数学力学系，1978年中科院高能所首批硕士研究生，1982年自费公派前往美国攻读高能物理博士学位。1988年受李政道教授推荐，返回高能所参加北京正负电子对撞机实验工作，任职于中国科学院高能物理研究所计算中心，是中国最早期的互联网开拓者及网络安全倡导者，也是中国电子数据取证研究的资深专家。1993年在中国建起了第一条互联网专线，建立了中国第一个Web 服务器，获得中国科技进步特等奖，1999年以研发“黑客入侵防范软件”获中国科学院科技进步一等奖；出版有《电子商务安全与保密》、《黑客攻击技术揭秘》等著作。

Mr. HO Khai Leong（何启良）, 1954年出生于吉隆坡。马来西亚国民大学毕业，后赴美国西密西根大学、俄亥俄州立大学深造，考获政治学博士学位。曾任职于新加坡国立大学、新加坡东南亚研究所、南洋理工大学。2010年马来西亚拉曼大学中华研究院成立，曾被聘为第一任院长。主要著作有《新加坡政策的政治运作》、《政治动员与政治参与――大马华人政治述论》、《面向权威》、《文化马华》、《京华思绪》、《寸丹宁忘》。主编有《马来西亚华人史新编》、《马来西亚华人历史人物：匡政与流变》。诗集有《刻背》、《渡海以后》。
