Dr. XU Rongsheng（许榕生）, 福建福州人，1970年毕业于北京大学数学力学系，1978年中科院高能所首批硕士研究生，1982年自费公派前往美国攻读高能物理博士学位。1988年受李政道教授推荐，返回高能所参加北京正负电子对撞机实验工作，任职于中国科学院高能物理研究所计算中心，是中国最早期的互联网开拓者及网络安全倡导者，也是中国电子数据取证研究的资深专家。1993年在中国建起了第一条互联网专线，建立了中国第一个Web 服务器，获得中国科技进步特等奖，1999年以研发“黑客入侵防范软件”获中国科学院科技进步一等奖；出版有《电子商务安全与保密》、《黑客攻击技术揭秘》等著作。
